At the Center for Elder Law & Justice, we help older adults and vulnerable individuals take control of life’s “what-ifs” through compassionate and knowledgeable legal guidance. Whether you’re thinking about creating a will, assigning a power of attorney, or making health care decisions in advance, our team is here to ensure your voice is heard—now and in the future. Let us help you plan ahead with confidence. Because when your wishes are clearly documented, you give your family the greatest gift: clarity, security, and peace.

Services Offered
We can help you draft the following legal documents to ensure your wishes are clearly documented and legally protected:
Basic Will
Health Care Proxy
Power of Attorney
A portion of these services is funded through a grant from the Homeowner Protection Program (HOPP), which works to promote community stability by supporting sustained homeownership across generations. By helping clients draft simple wills and power of attorney documents, Center for Elder Law & Justice aims to reduce the risk of foreclosure and other challenges tied to probate or title issues—ensuring peace of mind and long-term stability for our neighbors.
