Take control of your medical future by designating a health care proxy agent to act as your voice in medical emergencies or incapacitation. Want your partner to be the first call in a medical emergency? Want to ensure you receive gender-affirming care even when you cannot advocate for yourself? Speak with an attorney about how health care proxies can help and complete one at the clinic if it's right for you!
