This presentation focuses on protecting older adults and promoting safety, dignity, and respect. This session will cover the different types of elder abuse, including financial, physical, emotional, and neglect, how to recognize warning signs, and practical steps to help prevent abuse before it happens.

We’ll also discuss what to do if abuse is suspected or occurring, including available resources, reporting options, and ways families, caregivers, and community members can offer support.
