KEVIN QUINN
Managing Attorney
Kevin Quinn is a Managing Attorney at CELJ, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight across several of the organization’s core legal practice units. In his current role, Kevin plays a critical part in shaping the direction of CELJ’s advocacy work, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services to some of Western New York’s most vulnerable populations.
Prior to becoming a Managing Attorney, Kevin served as the Supervising Attorney for CELJ’s Housing and Consumer Law Units. In this capacity, he led a dedicated team of attorneys and advocates in defending the rights of individuals and families facing eviction, foreclosure, and consumer exploitation. Over the course of his 12+ years with CELJ, Kevin has directly represented thousands of clients, litigating complex cases and developing innovative legal strategies to preserve housing stability and financial security for those in crisis.
Kevin is an active member of the Erie County Bar Association and has demonstrated a sustained commitment to public service and policy reform. He recently contributed his expertise as a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Task Force on Homelessness and the Law—an influential body tasked with examining systemic issues related to housing insecurity and proposing legislative solutions to the New York State Legislature aimed at addressing the homelessness crisis.
A lifelong resident of Buffalo, Kevin is deeply rooted in the Western New York community. He is a proud graduate of Canisius High School (Class of 2003), Niagara University (Class of 2007), and the Thomas M. Cooley Law School (Class of 2010).
