We work one-on-one to navigate complex systems, resolve issues, and advocate when barriers arise. medicaid Member Support
As part of the WNY Integrated Care Collaborative (WNYICC) we connect Medicaid members to helpful community services that can make everyday life easier. We meet with Medicaid Members one-on-one to understand their needs and help connect them with trusted local resources.

Current active Medicaid beneficiary
Resident of Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, or Niagara county
Social Security Beneficiary Support
We provide focused assistance for individuals age 60+ navigating Social Security Retirement and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). We assist with understand options including applying for waivers or requesting adjustments to overpayment recovery rates, and offer support with appeals when appropriate. Because SSI is a needs-based program, we also guide individuals in understanding how income and resources can impact eligibility and benefits. Please note that we do not provide assistance with Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
Medicare Member Support
As an official National Council On Aging Benefits Enrollment Center (BEC) we can assist Medicare beneficiaries with applying for money saving benefits at no cost.

Addiction & Mental Health Support
Through the CHAMP Program, we provide free, confidential assistance to help individuals, families, and providers navigate the complexities of insurance and access to mental health and substance use disorder treatment. We educate on rights, assist with denials and appeals, connect those without coverage to available resources, and work directly with insurers and providers to reduce barriers like limited networks and long wait times.
